Resepi Shark Fin Sup
Salam Rabu.....
Meh nak share Resepi ala ala Shark Fin sup yang mak buat semalam atas permintaan TLBD. Mak pun suka jugak sebenarnya hihi....
Yang dua orang lagi, lelaki tu, tak payahlah nak hiraukan sangat selera depa. Benda benda gini bukan mereka heran sangat, nasi jugak yang dicarinya. Baiklah mak layankan selera tekak mak dan anak anak dara hihi.....
Slurp....slurp......Pergh!! Sedap weyh pekena panas panas.....
Bahan bahannya
1) Minyak masak - 2 sudu
2) Bawang Putih - 4 biji ( ketuk hancur)
3) Halia - potong halus memanjang
4) Lada hitam dan lada putih
5) Kiub ayam - seketul
6) Sos Tiram - 1 sudu
7) Air dalam 2 L
8) Dada Ayam - 3 ketul potong halus dan memanjang
9) Ketam stick - 8 batang, potong memanjang halus
10) Cendawan Shitake - 6 kuntum potong halus dan memanjang
11) Minyak bijan - 2 sudu
12) Kicap manis - 2 sudu
13) Garam secukup rasa
14) Telur - sebiji (kacau)
14) Tepun Jagung - 3 sudu ( bancuh dengan air)
Caranya:
1) Tumiskan bawang putih, halia, lada hitam dan lada putih sehingga naik bau, masukkan sos tiram
2) Masukkan air, masukkam kiub ayam biarkan sekejap
3) Masukkan ayam, tunggu sehingga masak
4) Masukkan cendawan shitake, masukkan filamen ketam
5) Biarkan seketika setelah mendidih
6) Masukkan kicap manis
7) Masukkan tepung jagung, kacau.
8) Masukan pulak telur yang telah di pukul tadi, kacau
9) Masukkan minyak bijan
10 ) Perasakan dengan garam mengikut cita rasa.
11) Siap!!!!
Nama aje Shark Fin sup tapi sehelai urat shark Fin pun tak de hihi....Kalau korang nak letak boleh aje, ada jual kat Tesco dekat bahagian Frozen Seafood. Tambah isi ketam pun sedap weyh Shark Fin sup ni.

Sebab CH nak cuba gak..
Tengok sedap sangat tu :)
Hehe....Hang ni kan CH buat mak ke dapur sekali lagi sukat air dlm periuk tau.
DeleteHa a mmg 2 liter....ala ala menghirup sambil menyelam gitu kihkihkih....2 liter air ni 3 suku penuh air periuk sedang jer CH. Kami 3 beranak mengulang hirup, tak cukup sampai malam weyh. Tu pun mak tak dapat nak hirup belah malam tau....2 lelaki tu lagilah mmg tak merasa langsung.
Sup ni tak sedap kalau makan dgn nasi....hirup dia jee....
